15 Ounces of Dinner

This smoothie was great - it was filling and it sustained me through the night! 

Ingredients: water, spinach leaves, chia seeds, banana, pineapple, apples and cayenne pepper.

Make it: I do not remember a precise recipe but try this:

  • Put two cups of water in a Nutribullet
  • Add 1/2 a handful of chia seeds
  • Add 4-5 handfuls of spinach leaves
  • Add 1 sliced banana
  • Add 1 1/2 sliced apples
  • Finally, add half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Grind until it is completely smooth.
